Alignment Map

This section covers the basics of creating OKRs, inviting teammates, and using filters to organize goals. It ensures teams start off aligned and structured, with easy ways to get everyone onboarded.

Onboarding & Setup guides teams through their first OKR cycle, from creating a cycle and setting objectives to linking initiatives and tracking weekly progress. Starter examples for Marketing, Product, and Sales make it easier to define clear, measurable goals, while quarterly cycles provide the right balance of focus and flexibility.
