Does progress roll up automatically in the Alignment Map? Why do some OKRs say “No alignments”? Can I see alignment across different time periods (quarters or years)? Who can create or manage alignments in the Alignment Map? How do I connect a department OKR to an organization OKR?

Once you’ve created at least two OKRs in the same cycle, you can link them:


  1. Open the OKR you want to connect in the Alignment Map

  2. Click the "Connect" icon (bottom right)


  3. Select a child goal (OKRs link top down Organizational > Department > Team > Individual) 

  4. Save. The OKR will now show as Connected and the map will automatically align.

  5. Repeat for each OKR you want to connect.
