Who can update KPIs?

KPIs can be updated by the assigned KPI owner or an organization admin.

Each KPI has a single owner who is accountable for keeping the metric accurate and up to date. Team leaders and managers can update KPIs when they are explicitly assigned as the owner, but leadership alone does not grant edit access.

This approach keeps KPI updates intentional, accountable, and trusted—while admins act as a safety net when ownership needs to change.
