No - KPIs don’t have start or end dates.
KPIs are designed to be ongoing metrics that persist over time. Instead of dates, each KPI has an update frequency (weekly or monthly) to set expectations for how often it should be reviewed and updated.
This keeps KPIs flexible and usable across multiple OKR cycles.
