Why do my OKRs appear as a flat list in the alignment map instead of a hierarchy?

This usually means the OKRs haven’t been connected yet. 

The alignment map only visualizes relationships once links are created. 

Start connecting OKRs from the top down (for example, organization → department → team). As you add these connections, the map will automatically cascade and display the hierarchy.
