You can link a KPI to an OKR in just a few steps.
Linking a KPI helps show which strategic goals the metric provides context for. Linking does not change the OKR’s structure, ownership, or progress calculations.
To connect a KPI to an OKR:
- Open the KPI by clicking Open from the KPI list
- Click Link OKR
- Select the OKR you want to connect the KPI to
- Confirm by clicking Link OKR
