What roles and permissions exist in OKRs Tool?

OKRs Tool has three user roles that define access and responsibilities:

• Org Admin

  • Full control across the organization: manage users, teams, billing, and all OKR cycles.

  • Can promote other users to Org Admin.

  • Can view and join any team.
    
    

• Team Lead

  • Manage members in their teams.

  • Full permissions on their team’s OKRs.

  • Can create teams and start OKR cycles.
    
    

• Team Member

  • View their teammates.

  • See OKRs they’re assigned to.

  • Update values for their active KRs.
    
    

Pro tip: Use Team Leads to delegate OKR ownership without giving full admin rights. It spreads responsibility while keeping accountability clear.
