How can I create a new team?

Creating a team helps you group people around shared OKRs. Here’s how:

1. Click Team in the left-hand menu.

2. In the top-right (next to your headshot), click “Create New Team.”

3. Give your team a name, choose the default cycle duration and click save.

Your new team is ready — now you can invite members and start assigning OKRs.

Pro tip: Keep team names clear and simple (e.g., Marketing, Product, Sales) so everyone knows where they belong.
