Performance reviews use light, purposeful notifications only. You’ll receive emails and in-app nudges at key moments:

• When a review cycle opens and your self-review is ready
  
  
• A reminder 3 days before the review is due (if incomplete)
  
  
• On the due date (if still incomplete)
  
  
• When your manager completes their review
  
  
• When the review summary is shared and ready to view
  
  

Notifications are designed to keep things moving — without over-communication or spam.
