OKRs Tool

Last Update 10 months ago

The Analytics dashboard helps you understand how well your teams are working together

Overall Alignment Score
Shows the average progress of all team or department OKRs (depending on which view you select). Think of it as your organization’s alignment pulse — a quick read on how everyone’s moving toward shared goals.

Weekly Progress Trends

A visual chart that tracks how teams or departments are progressing week by week. Choose your time period to see patterns, spot momentum shifts, and catch slowdowns before they matter.

Check-in Frequency Heatmap

Shows how consistently your teams update their Key Results. Each day is shaded in three tones of green:

  • Light green: 1 KR update that day

  • Medium green: 2 updates

  • Dark green: 3 or more updates
If there’s no color, there were no updates that day.

Pro tip: A healthy rhythm of updates usually means healthy progress.

AI Signals

AI Signals transform weekly team data into a smart performance snapshot. Each signal includes:

  • Level (Low, Medium, High) → Classifies overall performance

  • Color (Red, Yellow, Green) → Matches the level

  • Risk (0–100%) → Probability of not achieving objectives

  • Tags (up to 3) → Short insights like “No updates” or “Momentum regained”

  • Suggested Actions (2–3) → Tailored recommendations for next steps

  • Summary Message → A quick one-line insight that appears right on your dashboard

Let the AI surface what matters — and act on it fast.

Team Performance Comparison
Compare how teams or departments are progressing over time. See current progress side by side, along with indicators showing whether performance has increased or decreased since the previous period.

Below each team, you’ll also see

Check-in Frequency, which shows how consistently that team updates their KRs:

How it’s calculated:

  1. Count the number of weeks (within your selected period) where at least one check-in was made.

  2. Divide that by the total number of weeks in the period.

  3. Multiply by 100.

For example, if a team made updates in 4 out of 12 weeks, their frequency is 33.3% — a solid metric for consistency and engagement.

Performance Anomalies

Flags unusual activity so you can respond early:

  • Spike → Progress jumps by 10% or more

  • Dip → Progress decreases

  • Plateau → No updates for 2+ weeks

Spot these trends to celebrate wins early or re-engage lagging goals.

Missing Updates
Highlights Key Results that haven’t been updated recently:

  • Yellow → No updates for 7–13 days

  • Red → No updates for 14+ days

It’s a simple way to spot where progress may have stalled — and spark quick action.

Velocity Changes

Shows how much meaningful progress your team or department has made within the selected period.

  • High → Strong forward movement

  • Medium → Moderate progress

  • Low → Limited progress

Example thresholds:

  • Last 12 weeks: High ≥10%, Medium 5–9%, Low <5%

  • Last 8 weeks: High ≥8%, Medium 4–7%, Low <4%

  • Last 4 weeks: High ≥5%, Medium 2.5–4%, Low <2.5%

Use this to identify where teams are accelerating — or where extra focus is needed.

Recommended Actions

Every team or department gets an AI-generated action suggestion based on their recent progress. These tailored insights help you know exactly where to nudge, support, or double down next week.
