Does OKRs Tool support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes. OKRs Tool supports enterprise SSO on the Expand plan, allowing your team to sign in using your company's existing identity provider. We support all major providers including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, JumpCloud, and AD FS.
What identity providers (IdPs) does OKRs Tool work with?
We work with any SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compatible identity provider. This includes Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, JumpCloud, AD FS, and custom providers. If your IdP isn't listed, contact us and we'll confirm compatibility.
How do I set up SSO for my organization?
Once you're on the Expand plan, you can configure your SSO connection directly from your account settings. Simply choose your identity provider, follow the step-by-step setup guide, and your team will be able to sign in using their existing company credentials — no additional passwords needed.
Will my team need separate OKRs Tool passwords once SSO is enabled?
No. Once SSO is enabled, your team signs in entirely through your identity provider. Access is centrally managed by your IT team, so when someone joins or leaves your organization, their access to OKRs Tool is automatically controlled through your existing directory.
