Are performance reviews tied to OKRs?

Performance reviews are aligned to your OKRs, but not tightly coupled. Reviews reference the OKRs from the cycle to provide context for reflection, without scoring, grading, or changing OKR status.
This is intentional — it keeps reviews focused on learning, clarity, and next steps, rather than turning OKRs into a performance scoring system.
