How is the check-in frequency calculated in the Team Performance Comparison section?

Check-in frequency measures how consistently a team updates their KRs within a selected period (e.g., the last 12 weeks).

Here’s how it works:

  1. Count the number of weeks where the team made at least one check-in.

  2. Divide that number by the total weeks in the selected period.

  3. Multiply by 100 to get the percentage.

Example: If a team made updates in 4 out of the last 12 weeks, their check-in frequency would be 33.3%.

👉 Think of it as a consistency score — the higher the percentage, the more regularly your team is engaging with their OKRs.
