Yes! When creating a new OKR, you can choose the cycle duration that best fits your planning needs. By default, most teams use quarterly cycles, but you can select Yearly in the setup flow. 

This allows you to track long-term objectives over 12 months while still monitoring progress through charts, updates, and status labels.
